It is our hope that chocolates shipped from Sublime Chocolate reach customers in the best possible condition. It is with this in mind that we use USPS or FedEx to ship whether the recipient is in Alaska or right here in Texas.

***Because we are in Texas, the weather can be a little moody so if it suddenly warms up, we will contact you and hold your order until it cools back down. If you require an earlier delivery, please upgrade to Priority Overnight and your package will be guaranteed to arrive the day after it ships and is usually delivered by 11:00am (additional fees apply).***

Orders are sent via Standard Overnight, Monday-Thursday WITH cooling materials which carries an extra charge (see below).
Priority Overnight is also available for Monday-Thursday ship dates. (Please call us.)

Shipping chocolate is tricky business. We work hard to ensure that our chocolate is delivered fresh and in good condition. To reduce the risk of melted chocolate on orders in transit to warmer climates (70 degrees and higher), we have added cool packing material and ice packs to your order for a $5 fee.

Orders placed after 12pm (CST) will be shipped on the next available ship day. – To limit time in transit and to prevent our chocolates from sitting in a hot warehouse over the weekend, orders are NEVER shipped over the weekends. – We usually only ship within the U.S. (Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico residents please see below*) – We are unable to ship to PO boxes.
FedEx has permission to leave packages at the recipient address if no one is there to sign for it. Sublime Chocolate will NOT be responsible for packages stolen, melted or damaged after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer. We suggest shipping to a business location whenever possible.
If you select “Signature Required for Delivery”, your package will not be delivered unless it is signed for. If no one is present, FedEx will make two more attempts before they return the package to us. Sublime Chocolate will not refund purchases if the product is damaged or melted after the first delivery attempt or if it is returned to us by FedEx.

Sublime Chocolate cannot be responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
*Both shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico and Saturday delivery is available to most locations. These orders may not be placed through the web site as there is an extra shipping charge.
If an order is placed to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico through the website, it will be canceled and we will contact you to make other shipping arrangements.
